By submitting you agree to be contacted by lenders in our network and to our Privacy Policy, Terms and E-Consent. VerveVesta is not a lender.
VerveVesta is not a lender. It delivers your form to lenders in the network — each one makes its own decision.
Four stages. Each one names who acts and where it goes.
Select any figure from $100 to $5,000. This is the number that goes on your form and reaches every lender in the VerveVesta network. Choose what you actually need.
Income source, monthly income, banking details, and contact information. Everything on one page. No account to create, no documents to scan.
The moment you submit, your form is delivered to lenders in the network who are licensed in your state. VerveVesta routes it — it does not review, approve, or decline.
Each lender in the network evaluates your form on its own terms. One that finds your profile suitable may follow up by phone or email. That conversation is between you and the lender.
Four facts. Each one places something clearly.
VerveVesta is a starting point, not a destination. It exists to put your request in front of lenders who decide independently. It does not originate, fund, or service loans.
When you submit, your form is sent simultaneously to multiple lenders in the VerveVesta network who are active in your state. Each one sees the same information and responds independently.
Every rate, term, and approval decision is made by the lender — not by VerveVesta. VerveVesta has no influence over whether any lender approves your request or on what terms.
Lenders compensate VerveVesta for delivering your form. That commercial arrangement may affect which lenders appear and in what order. Your submission costs nothing, regardless of outcome.
Lenders in the network look for these basics.
VerveVesta routes your form to lenders in its network that are licensed in your state and active at the time of submission. The network uses an automated routing system; the specific lenders who receive your form are determined by that system. VerveVesta does not publish the full lender list to applicants.
Once you submit, the form has already been routed to lenders. VerveVesta cannot retrieve or edit it. If you realize an error, contact any lender that reaches out and provide the correct information to them directly. They will work from what you tell them, not from what the original form said.
VerveVesta does not set a credit score threshold. Each lender in the network sets its own eligibility requirements independently. Some lenders may work with limited or impaired credit histories; others may not. Submitting the form lets the lenders in the network evaluate whether your profile qualifies for their products.
If no lender in the VerveVesta network responds to your form, you will not be charged and no loan will be created. VerveVesta will retain your information as described in its Privacy Policy, including any data-sharing with third-party companies described therein. You may contact VerveVesta to request deletion per applicable law.
Yes. VerveVesta serves borrowers in Texas and other eligible states. Texas has its own laws governing short-term lending, including required disclosures and fee caps that licensed lenders must follow. Any lender in the network that responds to a Texas applicant must comply with applicable Texas statutes. The offer you receive — if any — will include state-specific disclosures.
This service is not available in all states. If you request a loan in a particular state where such loans are prohibited, or in a location where VerveVesta does not have an available lender, you will not be connected to a lender. Our Lending Policy has current state availability. Rates & Fees explains how rates and terms actually work once you are matched with a lender. In some cases, you may be given the option of obtaining a loan from a tribal lender. Tribal lenders are subject to tribal and certain federal laws while being immune from state law including usury caps. If you are connected to a tribal lender, please understand that the tribal lender's rates and fees may be higher than state-licensed lenders. Additionally, tribal lenders may require you to agree to resolve any disputes in a tribal jurisdiction. You are urged to read and understand the terms of any loan offered by any lender, whether tribal or state-licensed, and to reject any particular loan offer that you cannot afford to repay or that includes terms that are not acceptable to you.
The purpose of shorter duration loans is to provide the borrower temporary financial relief. Such loans are not a long-term financial solution. Persons facing serious financial difficulties should consider other alternatives or should seek out professional financial advice.
This website is not an offer to lend. VerveVesta is not a lender and does not make loan or credit decisions. VerveVesta connects interested persons with a lender from its network of approved lenders. VerveVesta does not control and is not responsible for the actions or inactions of any lender, is not an agent, representative or broker of any lender, and does not endorse any lender. VerveVesta is compensated by lenders in its network when a connection is made; this compensation may influence which lenders are presented to you and in what order, and not all lenders in the network are presented. See our Advertising Disclosure. VerveVesta's service is always free to you. Submitting a request is not a guarantee of being matched or approved.
Military Lending Act. Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents relating to extensions of consumer credit. In general, the cost of consumer credit to a covered borrower may not exceed a Military Annual Percentage Rate (MAPR) of 36 percent. This rate cap includes, as applicable: interest, fees, credit service charges, and other charges. Lenders in the VerveVesta network who extend credit to covered borrowers are required to comply with the Military Lending Act and applicable Department of Defense regulations. If you are an active-duty service member or dependent, please contact your lender for information about protections available to you under the MLA.
By submitting your information via this website, you are authorizing VerveVesta and lenders in its network to do a credit check, which may include verifying your social security number, driver license number or other identification, and a review of your creditworthiness. Credit checks are usually performed by one of the major credit bureaus such as Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, but also may include alternative credit bureaus such as Teletrack, DP Bureau or others. You also authorize VerveVesta to share your information and credit history with a network of approved lenders. See Credit Authorization.
Lender's Disclosure of Terms. The lender you are connected to will provide documents that contain all fees and rate information pertaining to the loan being offered, including any potential fees for late-payments and the rules under which you may be allowed (if permitted by applicable law) to refinance, renew or rollover your loan. Loan fees and interest rates are determined solely by the lender based on the lender's internal policies, underwriting criteria and applicable law. VerveVesta has no knowledge of or control over the loan terms offered by a lender. You are urged to read and understand the terms of any loan offered by any lender, whether tribal or state-licensed, and to reject any particular loan offer that you cannot afford to repay or that includes terms that are not acceptable to you.
Late Payments Hurt Your Credit Score. Please be aware that missing a payment or making a late payment can negatively impact your credit score. To protect yourself and your credit history, make sure you only accept loan terms that you can afford to repay. If you cannot make a payment on time, you should contact your lender immediately and discuss how to handle late payments.
